Meet the Chef
Farnaz Patel is the founder of ‘Chef Farnaz’ based in Houston Texas. She is a certified Chef from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, the French culinary institute and holds a diploma in Events Management & Innovative Marketing. Her certifications include; 'Kids Nutrition Specialist', ‘Creating School Gardens’ from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, 'Graphic Design' and ‘Food Manager Certificate’.
She has extensive international work experience in the hospitality and marketing industry. Some of her accomplishments include creating and managing the international cuisine weekly specials menu at the Clubs of Kingwood (ClubCorp). Farnaz received accolades and recognition from club members and management. She played a key role in organizing and managing 900 plus staff during the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix. She has worked as a Private Chef for well-known high net-worth families in Houston, Texas. One of her passions and expertise is to train and teach. She loves working with children.
Her passion for international cultures and cuisine has led her to travel extensively to about 20 countries around the world such as UK, France, Japan, Mexico, Caribbean, China and Malaysia.
Chef Farnaz extends her support and provides assistance to good causes during times of need when possible.
