Chef Farnaz Patel is the founder of Chef Farnaz LLC, a luxury culinary and hospitality expert based in Houston, offering custom experiences for country clubs, resorts, private yachts, and luxury and VIP events. A Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate with high honors, she is a certified nutrition specialist, holds a diploma in event management and innovative marketing, and has credentials from Texas A&M in sustainability and gardening. Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and zero-waste practices, she manages 14 organic garden beds that embody her garden-to-table philosophy.
 
Her international travels to over 20 countries have influenced and shaped her mastery of international cuisine and hospitality. Chef Farnaz has led large teams, overseeing over 900 staff for VIP Formula 1 catering in Abu Dhabi for several years. Collaborating with prestigious five- and seven-star hotels and resorts—including Jumeirah Group, Burj Dubai, and Al Habtoor Group, as well as country clubs like Deerwood and Kingwood—she has worked for over two decades with diverse events, products, and clients from all backgrounds, delivering tailored training and hospitality across languages and cultures. These diverse experiences set her apart—bringing a passion for hospitality, global cultures, and cuisine into every bespoke offering.
