Chef Farnaz Patel is the founder of Chef Farnaz LLC a Houston, TX–based Luxury Culinary and Hospitality expert specializing in country clubs, resorts, exclusive events, and private yachts. A Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate with high honors, she also holds a Diploma in Events Management & Innovative Marketing, is a Nutrition Specialist, and has credentials in gardening from Texas A&M, sustainability, and food management.

 

With extensive international travel experience, Chef Farnaz has mastered a wide range of global cuisines—French, Thai, Persian, Arabic, Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, Indian, Caribbean, and Chinese. She is renowned for translating any unfamiliar recipe or regional style into an authentic, perfectly balanced dish by relying on her refined palate, culinary techniques, and deep understanding of ingredients.

 

Her career highlights include leading more than 900 staff for VIP Formula 1 catering in Abu Dhabi; creating and managing international cuisine specials at Kingwood and Deerwood Country Clubs that set a new standard for culinary excellence; Worked with top-tier clients & country clubs where she consistently delivered high achievements in culinary innovation and member satisfaction; and managing international exhibitions, product launches, road shows and exclusive corporate events.

 

Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and zero-waste practices, Chef Farnaz maintains 14 organic garden beds, integrating fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients and eco-conscious methods into her culinary work. Whether crafting luxury dining experiences, Menu & development, providing ongoing culinary support through membership programs, managing high-profile events, team building workshops, or training culinary teams, creating gardens and maintenance she delivers professionalism, creativity, and precision at every level of hospitality.
